Willow Sales Oil Pipeline

Willow Transportation Company (WTC) submitted a pipeline Right-of-Way (ROW) lease application on May 5, 2023, to construct and operate a new Willow Sales Oil Pipeline (WSOP). The pipeline would carry sales-quality, processed crude oil as a component of the Willow Development Project located within in the National Petroleum Reserve (NPRA). WTC proposes to build the pipeline from the planned Willow Central Facility (WCF) to a tie-in to the existing Alpine Sales Oil Pipeline near the Colville River Delta 4 (CD4) pad. The pipeline would be 32.4 miles long, originating at the WCF and ending at a Miscible Injectant/Grind and Inject (MIGI) tie-in pad. The WSOP would predominantly cross federal or Kuukpik lands and would cross approximately 0.25 miles of state submerged lands. WTC proposes to build an above ground 16-inch pipe which would have a design flow rate of 200,000 barrels per day.
